How to make a DIY Motion Detection LED Light using simple electronics !

Here we will discuss, how to make a motion-detected LED light using simple electronics. A  PIR sensor (motion sensor) is a simple electronic device that is designed to detect motion and gives a trigger signal as an output, we can also set accuracy by adjusting the rheostat attached to the sensor module. You can submit this simple project for your school exhibition. Now let's Start...

Components Required for this project

PIR sensor, LED 1W White, BS170 Mosfet , 6V Battery

The figure below shows the circuit diagram of this project

A PIR sensor or motion sensor is a sensor used to detect the motion in a specific area. They have wide use applications in the modern world such as burglar security systems in banks, Energy efficient lights, Motion Security systems, etc. In this project, we have used a simple PIR sensor module that has three pins VCC, GND, and Signal.

BS170 Mosfet: The 2N7000 and BS170 are two different N-channel, enhancement-mode MOSFETs used for low-power switching applications, with different lead arrangements and current ratings. They are sometimes listed together on the same datasheet with other variants 2N7002, VQ1000J, and VQ1000P.
